Our work flow and method of operation go like this; We apply a light spray of solution designed to break down surface buildup. We then use a carpet rake specifically designed to work that solution into the carpet fibers and help break down the tough stuff. Next comes the familiar "magic wand" that applies the steam and solution which it then extracts along with all the dirt, grease, germs, mold, allergens, and whatever else has been captured by your carpet fibers. We then go over the carpets once more with the rake allowing the fibers to breathe and the carpet to dry quicker.
